Moigun Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") operates two products — VLM (Vendor Labor
Management) and Villza — each serving distinct but complementary purposes
for the built environment. This unified Privacy Policy governs data collection, use, and handling across
both platforms.
VLM provides enterprise workforce management solutions for DAC Developers, facilitating
attendance, payroll processing, and site security through mobile and web platforms.
Villza is a community management application serving residential complexes, enabling
gate pass management, carpool coordination, service bookings, and resident communication.
Where practices differ between the two products, this policy clearly marks them with product tags. By
using either product, you agree to this policy.
2.1 Personal Identification Data Both Products

2.4 Biometric Data VLM
To prevent attendance fraud, VLM captures facial embeddings (mathematical representations derived from
your face image). These are used solely for identity verification at job sites and are stored in
encrypted form.
2.5 Location Data Both Products
Both products collect precise GPS coordinates for specific, consent-gated purposes. See Section 8 for
full details.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only in the following

4.1 Within Our Platforms
VLM — Internal Access
- Site administrators and project managers for workforce oversight
- Supervisors for attendance and shift verification
Villza — Internal Access
- Property administrators and complex managers (residence and service data)
- Security personnel (gate pass and entry logs)
- Service workers (name, contact, location, apartment details — only to fulfill your request)
- Other residents within the community (configurable via privacy settings)
4.2 Third-Party Service Providers
- Firebase / Google Cloud: Authentication, database, analytics, storage, and
messaging

- Payment Processors: Secure processing of financial transactions (where applicable)
4.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or a valid governmental request, and
when necessary to protect the safety or rights of our users.
4.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale involving Moigun Technologies, your information may
be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users of any such change.

All user data is stored on Firebase Firestore and Google Cloud Storage infrastructure, which provides:
- End-to-end encryption for sensitive data at rest and in transit (SSL/TLS)
- Strictly enforced Firebase Security Rules with role-based access controls
- Regular security audits and compliance certifications
- Access logging and monitoring
5.1 Data Retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active
- Transaction, booking, and payroll history is retained for legal and operational purposes
- Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised over time
- You may request data deletion; some data may be retained where legally required
5.2 Data Breach Response
In the event of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users promptly,
explain the nature of the breach and any steps you can take, and comply with all applicable legal
notification requirements.
- Access & Correction: View and update your profile through in-app settings at any
time.
- Data Deletion: Request full account and data deletion. Contact the HRM
administration office (VLM) or support@villza.app (Villza). Some data may be retained for legal
compliance.
- Location Services: Enable or disable location access through your device settings.
Disabling may limit location-dependent features.
- Permissions: Revoke any app permission (camera, microphone, contacts) through
device settings at any time.
- Notifications: Manage preferences within the app or through device settings.
- Promotional Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

VLM collects facial embeddings — mathematical vectors derived from your face image — to enable AI-based
identity verification and prevent attendance fraud at job sites. This is a type of biometric data and is
treated with the highest level of care.
- Biometric data is encrypted and stored on secured Firebase servers
- Used solely for identity matching during site check-ins; never for any other purpose
- Not shared with any third party, including DAC Developers
- Access is restricted to authorised system administrators only
- Deletion of biometric data will be processed upon valid account deletion request
VLM — Location Usage VLM
- Precise GPS coordinates are captured when you mark attendance or perform site-specific tasks
- Used exclusively to enforce geofencing compliance and verify on-site presence
- Not collected in the background or outside of active attendance sessions
Villza — Location Usage Villza
- Used for carpool and ride-sharing matching
- Service worker location is tracked during active job sessions only
- Used for property navigation and gate pass management
- Shared in real-time with matched users during active carpool or service sessions
- Location history is not stored in identifiable form; used only for real-time feature delivery
You can enable or disable location services at any time through your device settings. Disabling location
will limit the functionality of features that depend on it.
Neither VLM nor Villza is intended for use by children under 18 years of age (or the applicable age of
digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without appropriate consent, we will take
steps to delete it promptly.
Villza's Child Exit Log feature is operated by authorised adult residents and
administrators on behalf of minors for safety purposes, and does not involve minors directly using the
platform.

- Guest information and entry timestamps are recorded for security
- Accessible to security personnel and property administrators

- Driver and passenger profiles are visible to each other
- Trip history is retained for dispute resolution
Service Bookings Villza
- Worker information and property details shared with the assigned worker
- Work history and reviews visible to community members
- Payments processed by secure third-party processors
Complaints & Maintenance Villza
- Details and any attached images shared with relevant administrators
- Your name and contact may be visible to personnel responding to your request
Child Exit Logs Villza
- Tracks when registered minors exit the property for resident safety

Shift & Labor Swaps VLM

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material
changes via in-app notifications and email. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will always
reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of VLM or Villza after changes are posted
constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
